Ask Aetherix in plain language. Describe what you want to find out and attach your data if you have it — this proof of concept does two things:
Workflow discovery
Describe a research question and the data you hold. Aetherix suggests the analysis steps in its reply; if they look right, it turns them into a graph you can edit. Nothing is drawn until you ask for it, and nothing runs.
Pathway analysis, with dogmaticity
From a gene table: enrichment against Reactome, the reaction network behind the pathways that come back, and how heavily each gene is already published against its pathway.
Do not paste patient-identifiable or personal data. Every message is recorded in full, alongside your name and email, so a result can be traced back to the question that produced it — which means anything you paste is kept. De-identified gene tables only.
